Official: the end of this blog

So, I didn't quite end this blog officially, but here goes... I'm in Paris now (I think that signifies quite well that I'm no longer in South Africa, haha!).

I ended my semester in Safrica quite well and after many mosquito bites along the Breede River, and the various rounds of good-byes at the different airports, I was greeted by my family and friends throughout the winter break. Now in Paris, life goes on. I've been talking about my SA experiences relatively often and yesterday, I had some fun trying to explain what "Coloured" meant in the South African context... in French. Many people here also seem to know quite a bit about South African history, but much of it is still a very Westernised view of it.
